At Fenix Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
